Eileen Spira is a senior associate at StakeHolders Capital. She joined the firm in the spring of 2011. Her background includes entrepreneurship, serving as COO of a socially responsible natural foods company that supplied Whole Foods and other national and independent natural food retailers, manufacturing, organizational development, sales and marketing, human resources, management expertise, and work in the field of education as Student Services Director for a local charter public school (Pioneer Valley Performing Arts). She received her M.S. in Organization and Management from Antioch University New England Graduate School and her B.A. in Psychology from State University of New York at Buffalo.
The Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts has been her home for over 30 years; living in the rural town of Conway with her husband and raising their three children there. She is committed to supporting social justice issues and has devoted time as a volunteer in the community. She served on the school board and various committees of an alternative school (Greenfield Center School) with a social justice mission.
Investing and finance have been longtime personal interests; her father was an active options investor trader, who taught her. Eileen brings her skills and passion to StakeHolders Capital to work with the founders and clients.
